Robert McGory

Robert McGory is an Associate Dean for the Professional Program and an Associate Professor at the Barry and Judy Silverman College of Pharmacy, Nova Southeastern University. He has a distinguished career spanning clinical practice, education, and administration in pharmacy and transplantation pharmacology.

• Education: B.S. in Microbiology from Cornell University; M.S. in Microbiology and B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Kentucky; Pharm.D. from the University of Minnesota.

Research Interests: Transplantation pharmacology, immunosuppression, and Hepatitis B/C management with a focus on pharmacokinetics and patient-centered care. His work includes phase II-IV drug development and bioavailability testing.

Clinical & Educational Contributions: Pioneered pharmacokinetic monitoring and nutrition support services. Instrumental in establishing ASHP-accredited PGY1 residencies and curricular innovations in pharmacy education.

Leadership Roles: First Chair of Pharmacy Practice at Western University of Health Sciences; Founding Executive Associate Dean at Northeast Ohio Medical University; Director of Pharmacy at Indian River Medical Center.
