Dr. Robert Klindworth is a Professor of Education at Martin Luther College (MLC) since 2003, previously serving as Chair of the Education Division from 2003 to 2011. He teaches graduate courses in Supervision of Instruction and School Law. His career spans over four decades in education, including roles as a teacher, principal, and administrator across various Lutheran schools.

- EdD in Educational Policy and Administration from the University of Minnesota
Research Interests: Focuses on educational leadership, school governance, legal compliance in education, and effective teaching methodologies.
