Dr. Robert Klindworth is a Professor of Education at Martin Luther College (MLC) since 2003, previously serving as Chair of the Education Division from 2003 to 2011. He teaches graduate courses in Supervision of Instruction and School Law. His career spans over four decades in education, including roles as a teacher, principal, and administrator across various Lutheran schools.

- MA in Education from St. Mary’s University (Winona MN)
- EdD in Educational Policy and Administration from the University of Minnesota
Research Interests: Focuses on educational leadership, school governance, legal compliance in education, and effective teaching methodologies. Active in professional organizations including the Minnesota Board of Teaching Standards Committee, Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, and the Education Law Association.
Leadership & Service: Serves as Chair of the Minnesota Non-public Education Council. Engaged in policy development and maintains current trends through professional memberships.
Personal: Lives in North Mankato MN with his wife Martha. Enjoys philately, numismatics, and outdoor activities. Family includes four children with diverse professional backgrounds.
