Robert K. Collins is a Professor at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, where he oversees the Divorce Mediation Clinic and teaches courses in Divorce Mediation, Family Law, and New York Matrimonial Procedures. He is a founding member and former president of the Family and Divorce Mediation Council of Greater New York, and chaired the Ethics Committee of the New York State Council on Divorce Mediation.

His career spans 40 years of divorce mediation practice and 30 years of teaching. He has been hailed as a pioneer in New York’s divorce mediation field. Collins has lectured widely on mediation at institutions such as the University of Idaho, Brooklyn Law School, UNLV, Hofstra, and Seton Hall. His work emphasizes ethical and procedural frameworks in family law disputes.
