Robert J. Scanlon

Robert J. Scanlon is a Lecturer at the Busch School of Business, The Catholic University of America. His expertise spans Supply Chain Management, Metallurgical Engineering, Quality Engineering, and related fields. He holds a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology. With a 46-year career, he has held roles at Caterpillar, TSA, and other organizations, contributing over $500 million in savings through projects. He pioneered performance metrics at TSA and earned a Master Baldrige Examiner distinction. He received the Individual Excellence Award in 2009. He teaches courses in Business Intelligence, Supply Chain Management, and Quantitative Methods.
