Dr Robert Hughes is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine's Department of Population Health. With dual expertise in clinical medicine (University of Bristol) and public health (Harvard School of Public Health), he bridges academic research with policy implementation.
