Robert Harley

Robert Harley is a Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at UC Berkeley. He holds the Carl W. Johnson Endowed Chair in Civil Engineering and focuses on air pollution, atmospheric chemistry, and sustainable transportation. His research group employs mathematical models and field studies to analyze pollutants like CO2, NOx, VOC, CO, ozone, and particulate matter.
