Robert Gosnell

Robert Gosnell serves as Summer Dance Assistant Director and guest faculty member at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA) for the Summer Intensive, Preparatory Program, and Festival of NC Dance. He concurrently holds positions as Ballet Master and Guest Artist at Roswell Dance Theatre and President of Regional Dance America/Southeast.

Gosnell's professional focus centers on ballet performance and choreography development. Trained at High Point Ballet and UNCSA (1993-1998), he performed with Nashville Ballet (1999-2007) and Atlanta Dance Theatre while expanding his expertise through institutions like The School of American Ballet. His choreographic works have been presented at National Regional Dance America Festivals, UNC Greensboro, and RDA festivals, with ongoing projects in contemporary dance creation.
