Robert Foster serves as Chair of the Department of Christian Ministries and Professor of Christian Ministries at Williams Baptist University, where he has taught since 1999.

- M.Div. and Ph.D. from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary
- Advanced studies at Jerusalem University College
