Robert Englert

Robert Englert serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he has supervised and developed the mock trial program since his 2009 appointment as Lecturer in Law. He co-founded the Penn Carey Law Mock Trial Team, which now comprises over 40 student members competing nationally.

His professional focus centers on practical trial advocacy training for law students, emphasizing courtroom skills development through competitive mock trial programs. In parallel legal practice, he specializes in complex civil litigation with catastrophic personal injury cases, bridging academic instruction with real-world litigation experience.

As managing attorney of RFE Law Firm, LLC, he maintains active litigation practices across Philadelphia and Central Pennsylvania. His career includes prior roles at the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Bureau of Organized Crime & Narcotics and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Camden, New Jersey.

He provides ongoing mentorship to the Penn Carey Law Mock Trial Team, guiding students in competition preparation and trial technique development.
