Paul Kaufman is an Adjunct Professor of Law and currently serves as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey, specializing in health care fraud and civil litigation. He has extensive experience in federal litigation, including affirmative enforcement actions and defensive tort matters, representing the United States in complex cases involving Fortune 500 companies and individual professionals.
