Robert Cliver is a Professor of History at Humboldt State University, where he has taught since 2007. He specializes in East Asian history, including courses on China, Japan, and the Soviet Union, alongside world history and historical methods. His teaching emphasizes critical thinking, research, and historical writing skills.
