Robert YELḰÁTŦE Clifford is an WSÁNEĆ scholar and member of the Tsawout First Nation, serving as Assistant Professor and Co-Academic Director of Indigenous Legal Studies at the Allard School of Law, University of British Columbia. His work focuses on revitalizing WSÁNEĆ legal traditions while addressing colonial dynamics and climate change impacts. He holds a PhD from Osgoode Hall Law School and has taught at the University of Victoria.
