Robert Bloom is Professor and Dean's Distinguished Scholar at Boston College Law School, specializing in criminal procedure, civil rights, and legal ethics. His scholarship examines prosecutorial conduct, Fourth Amendment jurisprudence, and habeas corpus reform.
Bloom received teaching awards for excellence in 2003, 2009, and 2010. He serves as a court-appointed master in complex civil cases and has practiced as both defense attorney and prosecutor.
