Robert Bilott is an Environmental Health Sciences Lecturer at the Yale School of Public Health, affiliated with the Department of Environmental Health Sciences. He is a partner at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, renowned for his decades-long legal battles against PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) contamination. His work exposed global health risks linked to chemicals like PFOA and PFOS, securing over $1 billion for affected communities. Bilott’s advocacy is highlighted in his book *Exposure* and the feature film *Dark Waters*.
