Professor Robert Ariëns is a Professor of Vascular Biology at the University of Leeds, UK. He leads research on thrombosis and haemostasis mechanisms, focusing on fibrin clot structure and function. His work explores molecular and cellular pathways underlying blood clotting and thrombotic diseases.
