Rob Hawkes is a Senior Lecturer in English Studies at Teesside University's School of Arts and Creative Industries. His academic journey includes a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Liverpool, an MA in Literature from the University of Hertfordshire, and a PhD in English from the University of York. His research bridges modernist/postmodernist literature with economics, focusing on money, trust, and neochartalism.
