Dr. Rob Grace is a Visiting Assistant Professor at Boston University's Department of Political Science and an adjunct lecturer at Brandeis University's Heller School for Social Policy and Management. He specializes in international law, humanitarian action, and military-humanitarian relations. His research focuses on armed conflicts, humanitarian negotiation, and disaster management. Grace holds a PhD in political science from Brown University, alongside degrees from NYU and Vassar College.

Research Interests: Explores the evolution of international laws in conflict zones, humanitarian fact-finding mechanisms, and the politics of humanitarian intervention. His work bridges academic analysis with practical policy, particularly in military-humanitarian coordination.
