Professor Rob George KC is a leading academic and legal practitioner at University College London (UCL), holding the title of Professor of Law and Policy in the Faculty of Laws since 2021. He joined UCL in 2014 and combines his academic role with a prominent practice as a Barrister at Harcourt Chambers, where he was appointed King's Counsel in 2025. His expertise spans international family law, focusing on child abduction, jurisdictional disputes, and relocation cases, alongside domestic issues like parental responsibility and family finance.
