Rie Moore is an Instructor of Music specializing in piano and percussion at St. Mary's College of Maryland. Her innovative concert programming explores interdisciplinary themes such as artistic decay and transformation, showcased in projects like 'Decaying' and 'Beyond Darkness'.
She received the Maryland State Arts Council's Independent Artist Award (2020) and Creativity Grant (2021) for her avant-garde work. Moore also serves as collaborative pianist for Ballet Caliente and performs internationally, including at PianoTexas International Festival.
Her educational approach integrates analytical tools and critical thinking development for music students.
