His research focuses on entrepreneurial innovation, SME internationalization, new venture creation, and strategic sustainability. Baldegger regularly delivers lectures and keynotes worldwide on strategic innovation and global business trends, including multiple appearances at the United Nations for MSMEs Day, emphasizing sustainability integration.
