Rico Baldegger is a Research Professor in Strategy and International Business at Suffolk University, with extensive professional experience spanning leadership roles in human resources, IT, branding, and entrepreneurship across Europe and the US. He is a prolific author with over 100 publications and several best-selling books, including works on the future of business schools and dynamic management practices. His research focuses on entrepreneurial innovation, SME internationalization, new venture creation, and strategic sustainability. Baldegger regularly delivers lectures and keynotes worldwide on strategic innovation and global business trends, including multiple appearances at the United Nations for MSMEs Day, emphasizing sustainability integration.
