Rick Harwell is an Associate Professor of Practice at Texas A&M University's College of Agriculture & Life Sciences. He holds a B.S. in Education (Parks & Recreation) from Memphis State University (1979), an M.S. in Education (Parks & Recreation) from the same institution (1980), a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University (1996), and an ABD in Recreation & Leisure Sciences from the University of Utah (1985-1988).
