Richard Williams is a University Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Cambridge, and holds multiple roles at Christ's College including Fellow, Director of Studies (Law Part II and LLM), and Keeper of the Statutes. He joined Christ's College in 2013 after being appointed the Hogan Lovells University Lecturer in Corporate Law in 2012. Previously, he served as a College Lecturer at Homerton College (2006-2012). Originally from South Wales, Williams specializes in corporate and insolvency law with research covering corporate political donations, directors' disqualification, and EU company law simplification.
