Richard Robinson is a Professor at the Leadership and Human Resource Management Department of Northumbria University, UK. Previously, he spent 19 years at The University of Queensland, Australia, and had an 18-year career as a chef. His research focuses on service work and employment in sectors like tourism, hospitality, leisure, transport, and welfare, addressing fair work, mental health, and sustainable practices. He holds a Vice Chancellor Fellowship at Northumbria and has led courses in management and professional development, recognized through teaching awards at international levels.
