Richard ROUXEL

Richard ROUXEL is a research lecturer and Head of the Hospital Directors Program at EHESP School of Public Health. He holds a specialized Master's in Health Management and Technologies from École Centrale de Paris and has extensive experience in healthcare administration, including roles as Hospital Director (HR Director overseeing 3000 agents from 2008–2011), Deputy Director of CH Saint-Malo (2014–2015), and Director of CH Guingamp (2015–2019). He has also served as an administrator of the GCS Brittany Emergency Network (2014–2018).
