Richard Nastasi is a Professor in the School of Sport Science at Endicott College, with 25 years of teaching experience. He has received the Alumni Award for Teaching Excellence four times (2000, 2002, 2008, 2014). His research focuses on philosophy and sport, adaptive movement, and optimal experience through Flow theory and Daoist/Confucian concepts of WuWei.

He teaches courses like Philosophy and Sport and Flow, WuWei, and Optimal Experience.
Publications: Focus on pedagogical approaches, global sport governance, and interdisciplinary studies in sport science.
