Richard N. Landers

Richard N. Landers is the John P. Campbell Distinguished Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Minnesota, where he leads the TNTLAB (Testing New Technologies in Learning, Assessment and Behavior). His research focuses on applying innovative technologies—including artificial intelligence, gamification, and virtual reality—to enhance psychometric assessment, employee selection, adult learning, and research methodology in organizational contexts.
