Maša Tonković Grabovac

Maša Tonković Grabovac, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at the Croatian Studies Department of the University of Zagreb, where she teaches Work Psychology and Organizational Psychology. She also instructs Human Resources Development at the postgraduate program “Human Resources Management” at the Faculty of Economics and Philosophy. Additionally, she teaches Applied Psychology and Human Resources Management at Edward Bernays and Algebra Colleges.

Her doctoral research focused on personality questionnaire cheating in selection processes. Her current research emphasizes predicting organizational behaviors (both desirable and undesirable) and safeguarding employee well-being. A key achievement is her development of the Croatian Integrity Test, for which she received the State Science Award for contributions to science popularization. She actively bridges academic insights from work psychology into practical HR management.
