Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sc. Maša Tonković Grabovac is a faculty member at the University of Zagreb, specializing in work psychology, organizational psychology, and human resources management. She teaches courses in organizational psychology at Croatian Studies and Human Resources Development at the specialist interdisciplinary program within the Faculty of Economics and Philosophy.
Her research focuses on predicting organizational behaviors, developing psychological assessments (notably the Croatian Integrity Test), and promoting employee well-being through evidence-based HR practices.
