Richard Coffey

Dr. Richard Coffey is a Professor and Department Head of Animal & Food Sciences at Oklahoma State University (OSU). He previously served as Extension Swine Specialist, Director of the University of Kentucky Research and Education Center, and Department Chair at the University of Kentucky. His work focuses on pork production systems, environmental management, nutritional strategies, and youth livestock program leadership.
