Richard Aspinall

Richard Aspinall is a Professor of Translational Medicine at the Centre for Intelligent Healthcare. His research focuses on immunosenescence, T cell dynamics, and the impact of herpesviruses on aging and disease. Notable contributions include work on immune profiling via urinary biomarkers and the role of HHV infections in mood disorders. He has been awarded the Lord Cohen Medal (2015) for contributions to aging research.

Research interests span immunology, virology, and gerontology, with a focus on translational applications.
