Dr. Rhona Brown is a Lecturer in Education Studies (Educational Leadership & Policy) at the University of Glasgow's School of Education. She holds a PhD in Education (2022) and has extensive international experience in teaching, teacher education, and education programme management across Scotland, Tanzania, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and beyond. Her research focuses on pedagogies, learning spaces, language in education, and teacher education in Global South contexts. She has held roles including Head of Education Programmes at the British Council Nepal and Senior Research Associate with the Transforming Education for Sustainable Futures Network.

Research Interests: Pedagogical innovation in Global South contexts, creative qualitative methodologies, equitable research partnerships, and the role of language in education. She emphasizes contextual analysis through spatial theories and participatory approaches.
