Dr Amanda Ptolomey is an ESRC Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Glasgow's School of Education, affiliated with the Advanced Research Centre and Glasgow Centre for Disability Research. She holds a PhD in Sociology from Glasgow and previously taught at Glasgow Caledonian University. Her work focuses on disabled girlhoods, educational exclusion, and creative research practices.
