Dr Resham Matharu serves as a Lecturer in Clinical and Communication Skills at the Institute of Health Sciences Education, Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, Queen Mary University of London. He holds the dual role of Trust Liaison Lead and organizer of the annual Summer Conference, fostering collaboration between central university staff and hospital trust educational fellows to advance medical education practices.
His research focuses on optimizing professional dialogue among healthcare educators to drive evidence-based curriculum development.
