Renu Gupta is a Teaching Professor at the School of Business and Management, Queen Mary University of London. She holds a PhD Candidate position at the Centre for Research in Equality and Diversity (CRED) and is an Affiliate Member of the Accounting & Accountability Research Group (AARG). Her academic journey includes degrees in Sociology, Economics, and Legislative Law from India, followed by an English Literature degree from Queen Mary (2020). Her research focuses on gender representation in literature and equality/diversity issues. She teaches courses like Organisational Behaviour and Leading Organisational Change.

Research Interests: Gender studies intersect with literature and organizational behavior. Key areas include postcolonial gender dynamics in South Asian and European texts, equality in academia, and sociopolitical themes in literature. She synergizes legal and humanities expertise to explore systemic inequalities.
Publications highlight feminist critiques of Premchand’s works and gender analysis in Aphra Behn’s Oroonoko. Teaching emphasizes practical application of theoretical concepts in workplace dynamics.
