Renata Fernandes Santos is a Lecturer in Wildlife and Conservation Medicine at the School of Veterinary Medicine, Murdoch University. She is also affiliated with the Harry Butler Institute, Centre for Biosecurity and One Health. Her research focuses on veterinary epidemiology, one health, and disease risk analysis in wildlife, particularly examining tapir health under contrasting environmental conditions.
