Barbara Hostalek is a Lecturer in the School of Veterinary Medicine at Murdoch University, affiliated with the College of Environmental and Life Sciences. She also serves as the Cultural Engagement Lead at the Ngangk Yira Institute for Change and holds roles at the Centre for Biosecurity and One Health and the Harry Butler Institute. Her work bridges veterinary medicine, biosecurity, and cultural engagement in Indigenous contexts.
