René Wugt Larsen

René Wugt Larsen is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physical Chemistry at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). His research focuses on non-covalent intermolecular forces, molecular recognition, hydrogen bond rearrangements, and micro-solvation processes, utilizing low-temperature infrared and terahertz cluster spectroscopy alongside quantum chemical modeling. He collaborates with institutions such as SOLEIL Synchrotron and Canadian Light Source, and his work contributes to the UN Sustainable Development Goal for Education.
