Reinhard Schinke

Reinhard Schinke is a Research Associate and Project Manager in the Research Area 'Built Environment - Resources and Environmental Risks' at the Leibniz Institute of Ecological Urban and Regional Development (IOER) in Dresden, Germany, a position he has held since 2011.
