Redona Methasani is an Assistant Professor in Residence and Academic co-Director of MBA Programs at the University of Connecticut School of Business. Her research focuses on emotions, decision making, and deception in negotiations, organizations, and interpersonal interactions. She teaches MBA courses such as Negotiation Strategies, Emotional Intelligence at Work, and undergraduate courses like Managerial Negotiations. Redona has received the 2024 Graduate Teaching Award and 2023 Undergraduate Teaching Award for her pedagogical excellence.
