Rebekah Diller is a Clinical Professor of Law at Yeshiva University's Cardozo School of Law, where she co-directs the Bet Tzedek Civil Litigation Clinic. Her work focuses on advancing rights for older adults and persons with disabilities through litigation and advocacy in federal/state courts and administrative proceedings. She previously founded Cardozo’s Guardianship Clinic and served as Deputy Director at NYU School of Law’s Brennan Center for Justice.

Her research examines alternatives to guardianship (e.g., supported decision-making) and systemic barriers to justice for low-income communities, particularly regarding criminal legal system fees/fines.
