Rebecca Stenberg is an Associate Professor in Business Administration at Linköping University's Department of Management and Engineering. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and is a board member of the Center for Advanced Research in Emergency Response (CARER). Her work focuses on optimizing rescue operations through improved organizing, leadership, and collaboration, with special emphasis on marine rescue, outdoor safety, and crisis management involving new actors in safety systems.
