Rebecca McPhillips is Research Fellow at Social Care and Society, University of Manchester, specializing in mental health services research. She leads studies on service access barriers for individuals with complex emotional needs and physical-mental comorbidity.
Research examines exclusion from crisis services, workforce well-being during COVID-19, and global injury surveillance systems. Current projects include NIHR-funded work on physical healthcare access for personality disorder diagnoses.
