Rebecca Hardwick is a Senior Research Fellow in Health Services Research at the University of Plymouth, affiliated with the Peninsula Medical School (Faculty of Health). She co-leads the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) South West Peninsula Applied Research Collaborative (PenARC) Mental Health Research Initiative, focusing on applied mental health research relevant to the South West of England.
- PhD in Ethnographic Study of Research and Knowledge Use in UK Mental Health Third Sector Organizations (University of Exeter)
- Post-doctoral Research at Charles Darwin University, Australia (specializing in realist evaluations)
Her research expertise spans realist methodology, public health, and knowledge utilization in mental health contexts. She supervises two students, one at Charles Darwin University and another at the University of Plymouth.
