Dr. Kristin Liabo leads the Engaged Health Research Group at the University of Exeter Medical School's Department of Health and Community Sciences, specializing in patient and public involvement in health research funded primarily by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR).
Her academic background includes a PhD focused on patient involvement in systematic reviews with care-experienced young people, building on collaborative work with service users since her early career at Barnardo's children's charity.
