Dr. Rebecca Dong is a Lecturer in Management at the UTS Business School, University of Technology Sydney. Her research focuses on fostering sustainable workplaces, psychological safety, and organizational behavior, with emphasis on themes like motivation, knowledge sharing, and international management. She holds roles such as Early Career Researcher Representative on the UTS Business Faculty Research Committee and has contributed to editorial boards of journals like Humanities and Social Sciences Communications. Her work spans 25+ publications in top-tier journals and conferences, addressing issues like supply chain innovation, carbon reduction strategies, and age-friendly transportation policies.
Dr. Dong is recognized for teaching excellence, having received awards such as the UTS Business School Award for Teaching and Learning and Top Teacher Award. She teaches courses in Human Resource Management, International Business, and Sustainable Management.
