Rebecca Boden

Rebecca Boden is a Senior Lecturer and Course Lead for the BSc (Hons) Nursing Practice (Child) at Staffordshire University. She brings extensive clinical experience in paediatrics, oncology, and acute care settings, including roles as a Children’s Oncology specialist nurse and Clinical Educator. Her expertise spans leadership in nursing, clinical supervision, and technology-enhanced teaching strategies.

Education includes a BSc (Hons) in Paediatric Cancer Care, a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Professional Education, and Mentorship in Healthcare Settings. She is currently completing a Higher Academic Professional Apprenticeship at Staffordshire University.

Professional memberships include the Nursing and Midwifery Council, Children and Young Peoples Academics (UK), and the Higher Education Academy. She is also a Paediatric Immediate Life Support Instructor.

Research interests focus on interprofessional education, online learning strategies, and student support. Her work aims to enhance clinical teaching and debriefing practices in nursing education.
