Natalie Dodge is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Adult Nursing at Staffordshire University, based at the Stafford (Blackheath Lane) site. She serves as Course Director, focusing on bridging academic and clinical practice through education and simulation. Her roles have evolved from Staff Nurse to Acting Ward Sister, Clinical Lecturer, and now senior academic leadership in nursing.
