Rebecca Archer is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Calgary, and serves as an Associate Dean for Curriculum. She is a full-time Clinical Instructor in the Department of Veterinary Diagnostic and Clinical Science, balancing her role between teaching and clinical practice at Calgary North Veterinary Hospital, a 24-hour small animal care and emergency facility.

Her publications highlight expertise in surgical techniques, diagnostic reasoning, and educational simulation. She has mentored fourth-year DVM students during their clinical rotations at Calgary North Veterinary Hospital.
