Kira L. Epstein is the Department Head of Large Animal Medicine and Snyder Distinguished Professor at The Ohio State University's College of Veterinary Medicine. She holds dual roles in the Department of Large Animal Medicine and the Large Animal Emergency and Critical Care Service within the Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Her academic background includes a DVM from the University of California, Davis (2002) and a BA from Princeton University (1998).
