Rebecca A. Iannantuoni is a Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and an attorney at Day Pitney LLP. Her practice focuses on legal planning for children and adults with cognitive disabilities, mental health issues, and diminished capacity-related concerns. She previously served as Chief Clerk at the Waterbury Regional Children’s Probate Court. Iannantuoni holds a B.A. from Manhattanville College (1992) and a J.D. from Quinnipiac College School of Law (1999).
Her research and professional work emphasize interdisciplinary approaches to addressing the legal needs of vulnerable populations. She teaches the course Medical Legal Partnerships at Yale Law School, integrating legal strategies with healthcare and social services to support marginalized individuals.
